April 4, 2002 journal, I grew up thinking that people lived a certain number of days with or without eating the right foods. I am now convinced that our life span is directly related to the food we eat and exercise we get. I grew up not knowing the ill effects of sugar or meat fat upon us. I went to the Fresh Market today and saw some nice foods but I was disgusted with the banks of meat they had in their bloody showcases, I left empty handed. I saw a lamb today so perfect and innocent and loving. I wonder how anyone could eat such a beautiful little animal. Main Street has become restaurant row for every type of food, foreign and domestic. N.B.C. is showing 'death in the desert', the story of a young woman killed in Las Vegas mysteriously and the somewhat weak hunt for her killer. This earth is like our bellies, full of living matter to digest our food. Chemical fertilizers kill the worms in the ground. Vegetables grown chemically may not be healthy. Our digestion is out of order when we consume poisons put into most city water and it kills our digestive enzymes. How can we live without eating and how can we nourish our bodies without the all important digestive enzymes that occur naturally in the originally created food by God.

Look at us now fat and fluffy dying of all kind of diseases and in a mess without a clue of how to eat and live healthy to overcome habit and dedicate our bodies to the Lord with daily activities in His service for our bodies, mind and our soul. Eat and drink pure food, not processed foods that may destroy the body at an early age. Eat slowly and chew the food until it melts away into our digestive system making sure we realize the benefit of it.

Let us gather together and worship the lord in all fullness of life and rejoice in that hope of eternal life. Listen and hear the voice of the Lord speaking to us with every breath of life.

Assemble in free expression to magnify God and to bless all those that love the truth. Give thyself to the cause of Christ in every respect. Give away what God has blessed you with.

Be not caught with earthly goods reserved for a rainy day. Do the work of a Christian to feed and cloth the poor without question so that God will recognize us online as servants. Be nobody to this world to be somebody with God and to achieve eternal life in Heaven.

The Main Street mix of odd couples all represent broken homes with forsaken children hurting back there somewhere most likely. There is a long gone and there should be a law that a man cannot walk away from under age children forsaking them to a life of poverty. Where is responsibility in this government except the officials want to do it themselves. And old man with a young girl makes for a bad life for both and destroys lives unseen.

It's all about insurance charges on TV this week conditioning people to accept tons of money being spent in favor of the insurance company to link their computers to the illegal highway patrol forcing every last motorists to have insurance or face heavy illegal fines.

Law was adopted by our constitution and no state has a right to violate that right of basic freedom. The church is in charge of all law of God but we long lost it. Let us return with true law to govern in God's way. Give us grace Lord to stand in the hour of greatest trial.

Let us defy the rulers of evil and return this nation to God-fearing and God trusting for all.

Breakdown the traditions of men in our heart I pray to let in genuine understanding. May peace occupy our souls and give us a passion full of grace that we may witness nonstop.

Roman's 5-20 "Moreover the law entered, that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, Grace did much more abound: 21-That as sin has rained upon to death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Yesu Christ our Lord".

Let us live our lives by faith in the Lord God not fearing anything but living right for Him.
